Jargon Pinot Noir

It’s often said that great wine begins in the vineyard. Here at Jargon, we couldn’t agree more. Pinot Noir is a notoriously difficult grape to grow, but well worth the extra effort. We scoured California’s best cool-climate vineyards to find the very best fruit, and harvested grapes from two select vineyard blocks to create a balanced wine with depth, abundant texture, and complexity. Simply put, it’s delicious.

Tasting Notes

Jargon offers bright and seductive flavors of black cherry with a hint of strawberries, cola and dark tobacco. On the palate, our Pinot Noir has a smooth silky texture, followed by mild tannins that deliver structure and complexity. This is a generously fruit-driven wine with a great balance of harmony and astringency. It’s sublime on it’s own, but is also tremendously food-friendly.
